We do our best to thoroughly inspect the products and ensure that they are safe to use, have no faults or tamper evidence, and are of the highest quality. We are all human, and understand that sometimes goods get damaged on their way to you.
Gore Street Medical Shop has a 60 day Refund/Return/Replacement Policy:
Upon receiving your order, if the item is incorrect or the product is damaged – you can request a refund or a replacement within 60 days of placing the order. Full refunds will only be issued for errors our team has made or if the product has been damaged in transit.
If you demonstrate that the product has been damaged in the post, or is faulty upon opening, we will replace the item as soon as practicably possible.
We will not refund a product if you change your mind.
